We all know that much energy is used to create bitcoins. But do you know there are other incredible issues with Energy Efficiency that have even less reason to go on? Like for example natural gas leakages that are quite affordable to repair, lots of process heat going away, which may be recovered for the process itself, huge compressed air leaks wasting 24/7 and forgotten installations that are working at a wrong set point. Last week I was discussing with an Energy Manager of a very large hospital, which found so many errors in the billing of the energy suppliers, that it became a priority to solve them first. My request to you is to tell me about a horrible energy waste situation - which make your blood boil. I will put it in this blog and give my comments and suggestions on it.
